Our wishes

We aim to become a Sushi restaurant of “linger”.

From the “lingering senses” our meals give bite to bite,
to the “lingering emotion” that may be felt after your visit.

We wish for our customers to long experience the subtle linger of joy with a smile.
Our dishes will bring the sense of seasons on every plate,
to be enjoyed with the joy of pairing them with our carefully chosen selection of wines.
The Karatsu-ware platters, Sukiya-zukuri atmosphere,
and our utmost hospitality -
We prepare these all for the sake of your lingering delight.

Please be our guest and experience the long lasting linger at Sushi Sakai and Ga-Ho-Jin.

Ga-Ho-Jin

3rd Floor:

Ga-Ho-Jin

Our second restaurant has three private rooms, located in the same building as Sushi Sakai.
“Ga-Ho-Jin” is a Zen word and a story that symbolises “the preciousness of encountering people”.
The premises were named as the expression of gratitude from the owner chef Sakai for all the guests and his apprentices. The apprentices will be serving at this restaurant with love and passion inherited from Sakai.
Available for reservations, whole room rent-outs for groups up to 7 people per room, and for families with children.
