Cancel Policies
Cancellations are charged at the following rate, with exceptions written below.

- Q.How can I check the availability?

You can check the reservation status from the "Table Check" reservation site by clicking on the reservation page of each restaurant from the "Reservations and Inquiries" section of the homepage. Please select the date you wish to reserve and check the status.
Also, if you inquire by e-mail, it will take time for us to reply to you.
The reservation status may change. Please note that reservations cannot be confirmed even if you contact us with the date.
- Q.I cannot select my preferred date. (There is no indication.)

If we are closed on a regular holiday, it will be displayed as "-", and if we are full and have closed the reservation, it will be displayed as "x".
In addition, reservations for 120 days from today cannot be accepted on our website.
